9ct Gold & Diamond Vintage Ladies Ring Flower Set Design Size L (Code A440)

Description

A lovely vintage 9 carat gold ring set with diamonds (tested).  The diamonds are set into a raised mount into the shape of a flower, the central diamond mounted higher than the others. The shoulders of the ring are quite unusual in that the gold band has a decorative dividing line leading up to the stones.  The ring does have a hallmark to the inside of the band for possibly Sheffield 1977 but this is rather indistinct. One of the diamonds which makes up part of the 'flower' shape has been set slightly lower into the mount, however this can not been seen to the naked eye and in no way spoils the look of the ring.
