Returns Policy
Returns (UK Customers)
Customers in the UK are welcome to return an item for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the original payment.
You have the right to cancel your order any time from purchase through until 14 days after the item has been delivered to you. To cancel your order you need to let us know by emailing us at: chriselwell@protonmail.com. Once we have received your request to cancel we will forward you instructions on how to proceed and how to return your item which may vary depending on the item type. You will be requested to return the item to us within 7 days, and we suggest you keep and re-use the packaging the item was delivered in, unless it is significantly damaged. When we safely receive your returned item we will refund your payment within 7 days. Please note if you cancel your order you have a duty of care to keep the item safe and return it in undamaged condition to us.
We will not refund for packaging, your time or other incidental expenses whatsoever.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Refunds cannot be given if you have damaged, altered, repaired or otherwise changed the item following receipt.
Returns (Non UK Customers)
For customers NOT in the UK, you may return any item for refund, however there are some additional criteria compared to UK customers details above.
A re-stocking charge of 20% of the total sale price will be deducted from the refund to cover our original costs of exporting the item.
Customers outside the UK must return the item using an insured trackable service at their own expense, we will not refund shipping costs for overseas returns. Customers wishing to return an item must contact us in advance for instructions on how to proceed which will vary by country and item, specifically in regards to labeling the package correctly to ensure correct customs clearance. Any charges incurred by us including but not limited to customs duty, transfer fees or other taxes for a returned item not correctly labeled as instructed by us will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please do not return your item without contacting us first, it may delay or prevent your refund.
Refunds Payable
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Our admin for returns is based in Gainsborough, United Kingdom - however this may be altered in some circumstances depending on the item being returned. Please contact us for the full returns address
If you are shipping an item over £25, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
