Description
An unusual vintage German ring. The mount is of open work form with scroll detail and rose gold tabs to the shoulders over the yellow gold band. It is in 8ct gold stamped 333 which is somewhat unusual. The coin is a commemorative for the Munich Olympics from 1972. We have been unable to find much detail about this aside it coming from a set of commemorative coins produced at the time. As such the coin may have been set in the ring a little later. Due to the setting we have been unable to test the carat of the gold coin.
The ring comes in a new presentation box as seen in the images.
