Description
A marvellous Czech type foil beaded necklace. The dragon's egg beads are hand made in a pale grey/mauve base with iridescent green foil and occasional splashes of yellow. The beads have a hammered texture finish and they almost seem to glow with an inner light which is quite something to look at. It is quite a long necklace and just fits over the head without a closure. The beads are all hand made so vary significantly in texture etc. They graduate in size from approx. 13mm x 6mm in diameter. The necklace would date to the early to mid 20th century.

Condition: Beads are hand made and hammered so are different in size etc. Stringing is possibly original so has stretched a little leaving some small gaps at the top.
