Description
An interesting early Victorian gilt metal brooch. It has leaf and flower detail to the front and is set with three facet cut amethysts with large flat tables. Interestingly the small acorn in the leaf on the right side is articulated and free to move on a loop of metal. The brooch also features pointed dropper on chains (some missing). To the reverse it has a standard pin and catch fitting.
