Chamberlains Worcester Antique Bat Printed En-Grisaille Plate -Sea Shell Studies (Code 2736)

Description

A beautifully produced Worcester Chamberlains period plate.  It is bat printed en-grisaille with highly details studies of shells set on seaweed/coral.  It has a gilt band and gilt edge.  To the underside there is a faint impressed 'Chamberlains Worcester 22' mark.  Dates circa 1845, a rare find.

Condition

Very good for period, slight gilt wear and some minor scratches to the face.
