Antique/Vintage Middle Eastern Copper Vase with Islamic Script & Patterns (Code 2728)

Description

A very attractive copper vase with calligraphic Islamic script and hand chased patterns.  The interior is tinned so it is possible it was intended for water, although the shape is more suggestive of a vase.  First half of the 20th century, probably Turkish or Syrian.

Condition

Minor wear, small knock to the rim, no other significant faults.
