Description
A lovely Victorian bulls eye agate bead necklace. The beads are of graduated size with the largest at 16.3mm and the smallest at 10mm. The beads have good translucency and have a yellow/amber tone when backlit. It dates to the mid or late Victorian period and these items are often associated with Scottish production. It is fitted with a gold tone push slide clasp. The beads are quite chunky so it will certainly be noticed.

Condition: Beads in very good order for period with no significant faults detected. Stringing has aged and is not a little messy at the joins with the clasp.
