Description
A vintage 9ct gold ring set with an antique 22ct gold half sovereign. This classic style ring has a bright cut border surrounding the coin for extra sparkle. The ring features open work with triangular cut outs and is relatively lightweight so ideal for those who want a half sovereign ring but don't like very heavy jewellery. The coin is tab set so could be removed in future should you require and it would still be a legitimate coin. The half sovereign is from 1914 with the classic George and the dragon face up. Inside the band it is hallmarked for London with the date letter for 1979.
The ring comes in a period grey cloth box for Witts of Retford.
